Ingredients

  • 200 grams Vegan ground meat substitute
  • 150 grams Vegan shrimp
  • 100 grams Shiitake mushrooms
  • 50 grams Green peas
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 30 pieces Wonton wrappers (vegan)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 small Carrot (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Finely chop the shiitake mushrooms and vegan shrimp. Set aside.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the vegan ground meat substitute, chopped shiitake mushrooms, chopped vegan shrimp, and green peas.

Step 3

Add soy sauce, sesame oil, chopped garlic, grated ginger, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper to the mixture. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Step 4

Peel the carrot and cut into small, thin rounds to use as a garnish.

Step 5

Prepare each wonton wrapper by placing a tablespoon of filling in the center, pinching the sides to form a cup shape, leaving the top exposed.

Step 6

Place a small carrot round on top of each dumpling as a garnish.

Step 7

Line a steamer basket with parchment paper or lettuce leaves to prevent sticking and arrange the dumplings in the basket, leaving space between each to avoid sticking.

Step 8

Bring a pot of water to a boil, then place the steamer basket over it. Steam the dumplings for 10-12 minutes, or until the wrappers are tender and the filling is heated through.

Step 9

Carefully remove the dumplings from the steamer and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
