  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 medium red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 8 pieces wooden or metal skewers

Directions

Step 1

Press the tofu block for at least 15 minutes to remove excess moisture. Once pressed, cut the tofu into 1-inch cubes.
