  • 4 vegan burger buns
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 4 vegan cheese slices
  • 0.5 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 0.5 cup dill pickles, sliced

Directions

Step 1

In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, oats, nutritional yeast, soy sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Blend until the mixture is well combined and can be easily formed into patties.
