  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Liquid smoke
  • 2 cups Vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Caraway seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Step 2

Drain the canned jackfruit and rinse thoroughly under cold water. Pat dry with a kitchen towel.

In a large bowl, combine vital wheat gluten, chickpea flour, nutritional yeast, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika.
