  • 1 teaspoon Brown sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch

Directions

Step 1

Begin by soaking the dried red chilies in hot water for 30 minutes until they soften.

Drain the chilies and transfer them to a blender. Add 1 cup of water and blend until a smooth paste is formed.

In a medium-sized pan, heat 3 tablespoons of oil over medium heat.
