  • 1 sliced avocado
  • 4 vegan cheese slices
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 tablespoons vegan mayo

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine the ground flaxseed and water. Stir well and let sit for 5 minutes to form a flax egg.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cornmeal, baking powder, baking soda, salt, nutritional yeast, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
