  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 medium Bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.

Add warm water and 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the dry ingredients, and mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat, and add chopped onion and garlic. Sauté for about 3 minutes.
