  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Drain the tofu and pat it dry using a kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.

Step 3

Using your hands, crumble the tofu into small pieces into a large mixing bowl.
