Ingredients

  • 300 grams plant-based minced meat
  • 1 unit red bell pepper, sliced
  • 150 grams broccoli florets
  • 2 units carrots, julienned
  • 1 unit yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable broth
  • 2 units green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with vegetable broth until smooth. Set aside to be used later for thickening the sauce.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced onion, garlic, and ginger, sautéing for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
