  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 sheet Puff pastry (vegan)
  • 2 tablespoons Plant-based milk

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the vital wheat gluten, chickpea flour, nutritional yeast, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried thyme.
