  • 1 celery stalk, finely diced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 cup vegan ground meat
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon non-dairy milk

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

In a large bowl, mix the all-purpose flour and a pinch of salt. Add the vegan butter and use your fingers to rub it into the flour until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.

Slowly add the cold water, one tablespoon at a time, mixing until the dough just comes together. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate while you prepare the filling.
