  • 2 stalks green onions

Directions

Step 1

Peel and finely dice the onion. Core and thinly slice the bell pepper. Peel the carrot and cut it into thin rounds. Chop the broccoli florets into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic cloves and grate the fresh ginger.

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, maple syrup, cornstarch, and water. Whisk until the cornstarch is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
