  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cups Cooked quinoa
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 large Carrot, julienned
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 2 Green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté for 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent and fragrant.

Step 3

Add the plant-based ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spatula, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and heated through.

Step 4

Stir in the soy sauce, maple syrup, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the mixture is well combined and the flavors meld together. Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 5

In another pan, heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.
