  • 500 grams carrots
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 60 milliliters water

Directions

Step 1

Wash and peel the carrots. Slice them into 1/4-inch rounds for even cooking.

Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
