  • 1 package Vegan puff pastry
  • 4 large Vegan sausage links
  • 2 tablespoons Non-dairy milk

  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

If necessary, thaw the vegan puff pastry according to package instructions and then roll it out onto a lightly floured surface.

Cut the puff pastry into 8 equal triangles by first cutting it into half across the length and then each half into 4 triangles.
