Crumble the extra-firm tofu into a bowl to create a 'scrambled' texture.
Add nutritional yeast, turmeric powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the crumbled tofu. Mix well to evenly coat the tofu. Set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced red bell pepper and sauté until it begins to soften, about 3-4 minutes.
Add the seasoned tofu to the skillet with the red bell pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tofu is heated through and slightly golden.
