Ingredients

  • 14 ounces firm tofu
  • 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons black salt (Kala Namak)
  • 0.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.75 cups vegan sausage, crumbled
  • 0.5 cups vegan shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin with olive oil.

Drain the firm tofu and press it to remove excess moisture.

Step 3

In a blender or food processor, combine the tofu, nutritional yeast, cornstarch, turmeric powder, garlic powder, onion powder, black salt, and almond milk.
