  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 cups Vegan butter
  • 0.5 cups Brown sugar
  • 0.25 cups Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cups Unsweetened applesauce
  • 0.75 cups Vegan chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Vegan marshmallows, cut into halves
  • 0.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, use an electric mixer to cream the vegan butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
