  • 28 oz crushed tomatoes

  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 cup vegan parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Cook the rigatoni pasta according to the package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

While the pasta is cooking, finely chop the onion, mince the garlic, and dice the carrot and celery.
