  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 500 milliliters Vegan vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 4 tablespoons Water, cold
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the chopped onion and sauté for 5-7 minutes until it becomes translucent.

Step 3

Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
