  • 1 cup vegan cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon raw sugar

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, combine the vegan cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.

In another bowl, gently toss the raspberries with cornstarch and lemon juice to coat them and set aside.
