Ingredients

  • 1 medium head green cabbage
  • 2 medium carrot
  • 1 medium red bell pepper
  • 4 stalks green onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 inch piece fresh ginger
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper

Directions

Step 1

Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and cut it into thin strips, discarding the core.

Step 2

Peel and julienne the carrots.

Step 3

Slice the red bell pepper into thin strips.

Step 4

Chop the green onions, separating the white and green parts.

Step 5

Mince the garlic and grate the ginger.

Heat sunflower oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
