  • 0.5 teaspoon garam masala
  • 0.5 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 150 milliliters coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1

Heat the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the minced garlic, ginger, and green chili to the pan. Sauté for another 2 minutes, until fragrant.
