Ingredients

  • 250 grams All-purpose flour
  • 125 milliliters Water
  • 60 milliliters Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Vegan butter
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 150 grams Mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Curry powder
  • 60 milliliters Coconut cream
  • 100 grams Vegan cheese, grated
  • 50 grams Spinach, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt. Gradually add water while stirring to form a dough.

Step 2

Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Step 3

In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.

Add the minced garlic and chopped mushrooms to the pan, stirring for 3-4 minutes until the mushrooms are soft.

Step 5

Stir in the curry powder, coconut cream, and chili flakes. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and the mixture has thickened slightly.
