  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 Red onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 Green bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 4 pieces Pita bread
  • 1 cup Vegan tzatziki sauce
  • 2 Tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 Cucumber, sliced

Directions

Step 1

Cut the seitan into bite-sized cubes.

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.
