  • 0.5 cup Chickpea flour
  • 2 tablespoons Nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 0.75 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Drain and rinse the black beans, then place them in a large mixing bowl. Mash them with a fork or potato masher until mostly smooth, leaving some chunky texture.

Add cooked brown rice, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, smoked paprika, ground cumin, soy sauce, chickpea flour, nutritional yeast, black pepper, salt, and chopped fresh parsley to the bowl with the mashed beans.
