Directions

Step 1

Begin by heating the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the vegan chicken strips and cook for about 5 minutes, or until they are golden brown and heated through. Season with salt and black pepper, then remove from heat.

While the vegan chicken is cooking, slice the tomato into 6 thin rounds and set aside.
