Ingredients

  • 160 grams All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoons Instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoons Sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 120 milliliters Warm water
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 120 milliliters Marinara sauce
  • 100 grams Vegan mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoons Dried oregano
  • 4 pieces Fresh basil leaves

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix well.

Step 2

Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the warm water and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Step 3

Stir until a dough begins to form. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Step 4

Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rest in a warm place for about 10 minutes.

While the dough is resting, preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
