Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Penne pasta
  • 1 cup Unsalted raw cashews

  • 1.5 cups Almond milk

  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Fresh parsley
  • 6 cups Water

Directions

Step 1

Soak the cashews in hot water for 10-15 minutes to soften them.

Meanwhile, bring 6 cups of water to a boil in a large pot. Add a pinch of salt and the penne pasta. Cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
