Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour

  • 0.25 cup Coconut oil
  • 0.5 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Flaxseed meal
  • 3 tablespoons Water
  • 0.75 cup Vegan chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, combine the flaxseed meal and water to make a flax egg. Stir well and let sit for about 5 minutes until it thickens.

In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
