  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1.25 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium saucepan, combine chickpea flour, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried basil, salt, and black pepper.

Gradually whisk in the water and olive oil until you have a smooth, lump-free mixture.

Place the saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and pulls away from the sides, approximately 5-7 minutes.
