  • 0.5 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoons cornstarch (for sauce)
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 pieces green onions

Directions

Step 1

Drain the tofu and press it between paper towels to remove excess moisture. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes.

In a bowl, toss the tofu cubes with 4 tablespoons of cornstarch until they are evenly coated.
