Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 200 g vegan chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 100 g sliced bananas or strawberries
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Add the almond milk and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth and free of lumps.

Step 3

Gradually pour in the sparkling water while continuing to whisk gently, until you achieve a thin, smooth batter.

Let the batter rest for about 10 minutes to allow the ingredients to meld.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with a small amount of vegetable oil.
