Ingredients

  • 1 cup Hazelnuts
  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup Pure maple syrup
  • 1 cup Vegan dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the hazelnuts on a baking sheet and roast them in the oven for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Remove the hazelnuts from the oven and let them cool slightly. Then, place them in a clean kitchen towel and rub to remove the skins.

Step 3

In a food processor, add the roasted hazelnuts and blend until they form a smooth butter.

Add rolled oats, cocoa powder, pure maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt to the food processor. Blend until the mixture is well combined and has a dough-like consistency.
