Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup raw walnuts
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 0.5 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 0.25 cup chia seeds
  • 0.5 cup maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almonds, walnuts, cashews, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, shredded coconut, and chia seeds. Stir until all ingredients are well mixed.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.

Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is evenly coated.
