  • 0.5 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 0.5 cup Water
  • 2 large Avocados
  • 0.25 cup Red onion
  • 0.5 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 cup Black beans
  • 1 unit Jalapeño
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Soak the raw cashews in hot water for at least 10 minutes.

Step 2

In a food processor or blender, combine the soaked cashews, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, sea salt, and water. Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting consistency with additional water if necessary.

Prepare the guacamole by mashing the avocados in a bowl until smooth with a few chunks remaining.
