  • 0.5 cup Vegan pizza sauce
  • 1 cup Vegan mozzarella cheese
  • 6 Vegan ham slices
  • 1 cup Button mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat up.

Slice the button mushrooms thinly.

In a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for about 5 minutes until they are tender and golden.
