Ingredients

  • 200 grams Dark chocolate
  • 120 milliliters Almond milk
  • 80 grams Coconut oil
  • 100 grams All-purpose flour
  • 20 grams Cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 120 grams Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease six small ramekins with coconut oil.

Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and melt it together with the coconut oil in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water, stirring until smooth. Alternatively, you can melt them in a microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until completely melted.
