  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 2 slices vegan cheese slices
  • 4 slices vegan ham slices
  • 2 tablespoons vegan butter
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 4 leaves fresh basil leaves
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the tomato into thin slices and set aside.

Step 2

Spread the vegan butter evenly on one side of each bread slice.

Step 3

On the unbuttered side of two bread slices, spread a thin layer of dijon mustard.

Step 4

Layer two slices of vegan ham on top of the mustard on each of the two slices.

Step 5

Place a slice of vegan cheese on top of the ham for each sandwich.

Step 6
