  • 4 tablespoons Vegan mayonnaise
  • 8 leaves Fresh basil leaves

Directions

Step 1

Slice the mini sandwich rolls in half horizontally.

Step 2

In a bowl, mash the avocado with a fork. Mix in the lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
