  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 0.5 cup Coconut flour
  • 0.25 cup Maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup Coconut oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1.5 cups Cashews (soaked for 4 hours and drained)
  • 0.5 cup Coconut cream
  • 0.25 cup Lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Mixed fresh fruits (such as berries, kiwi, mango)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and salt. Mix until the dough comes together and is evenly mixed.
