Ingredients

  • 150 grams Rolled oats
  • 75 grams Maple syrup
  • 50 grams Coconut oil
  • 50 grams Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the coconut oil. Add the maple syrup and brown sugar, and stir until the sugar has completely dissolved.

Step 3

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt.

Step 4

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats with the liquid mixture. Stir well until the oats are completely coated with the syrup mixture.

Step 5

Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking tray and press it down evenly, ensuring it is tightly packed for a solid bar result.
