Ingredients

  • 250 grams Plant-based minced meat
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 units Garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 unit Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 unit Carrot, julienned
  • 150 grams Broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 units Green onions, sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Step 2

Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Step 3

Add the plant-based minced meat to the skillet. Stir and cook for about 5-7 minutes until it's browned and cooked through.

Remove the minced meat from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil.
