  • 100 grams Bean sprouts
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sweet soy sauce (Kecap Manis)
  • 1 teaspoon Chili sauce (Sambal Oelek)
  • 2 Green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fried shallots
  • 1 Lime, cut into wedges

Directions

Step 1

Cook the vegan noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
