  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 4 pieces Whole wheat flatbreads
  • 2 medium Roma tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 small Cucumber, sliced
  • 0.5 small Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 0.5 cup Vegan tzatziki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh dill, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Slice the seitan into thin strips suitable for a wrap.

In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
