  • 0.25 cup Fresh mint
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Place the whole wheat couscous in a large heatproof bowl.

Step 2

Pour 1.25 cups of boiling water over the couscous, cover with a lid or plate, and let it sit for 5 minutes until the water is absorbed.
