  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 4 Large flour tortillas
  • 1 Avocado, sliced
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 0.5 cup Salsa

Directions

Step 1

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and red bell pepper. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the onion is translucent and the pepper is softened.

Add the minced garlic and stir for another minute until fragrant.
