Ingredients

  • 1 ball Store-bought or homemade vegan pizza dough
  • 0.5 cup Vegan pizza sauce
  • 1 cup Vegan mozzarella cheese
  • 2 links Vegan sausage
  • 0.5 cup Vegan pepperoni slices
  • 3 strips Vegan bacon strips
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 medium Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 medium Bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven to preheat as well.

Step 2

Roll out the vegan pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.

Step 3

Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a piece of parchment paper. This will make it easier to slide onto the baking sheet or pizza stone.

Step 4

Spread the vegan pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.

Step 5

Sprinkle the vegan mozzarella cheese over the sauce evenly.

Step 6

In a pan over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the sliced vegan sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Slice or crumble the cooked sausage as desired.
