  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 100 grams Vegan mozzarella cheese
  • 10 leaves Fresh basil leaves
  • 0 Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, instant yeast, salt, and sugar.

Add water and olive oil to the dry ingredients, and mix until a dough forms.

Step 3

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.

Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes or until doubled in size.
