Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, and ground nutmeg. Mix thoroughly to ensure the spices and flour are evenly distributed.
